These Terms & Conditions govern your use of CasaVivé’s décor subscription service (“Service”).
By subscribing, you agree to all terms below.
CasaVivé provides curated home décor subscription packs delivered to customers on a monthly basis, with optional quarterly refreshes.
All décor items remain the property of CasaVivé unless otherwise specified.
Subscription fees are charged per month, per décor pack.
Pricing is displayed on the website and may change with notice.
Payment must be made in advance.
A refundable deposit may apply to cover:
Loss
Damage
Missing items
Excessive wear
The deposit amount will be shown at checkout or onboarding.
Deposit is refunded after:
All items are returned
Items pass inspection
No outstanding fees remain
We deliver to selected suburbs within Brisbane.
You must provide accurate delivery instructions.
Missed delivery/pickup appointments may incur a small re-booking fee.
You are responsible for the items once delivered.
All décor items remain the property of CasaVivé.
You must not:
Resell
Lend
Alter
Dispose of
Use in unsafe ways
You must keep items in reasonable condition.
You agree to:
Avoid water exposure
Avoid placing items in outdoor areas (unless specified)
Not use items around pets that may chew/soil them
Keep items smoke-free
Fees may apply if:
An item is returned significantly damaged
An item is missing
The pack is incomplete
Items require deep cleaning
Minor wear is expected and does not incur a fee.
Depending on your plan:
You may refresh selected items every 3 months.
You return items selected for refresh; we deliver replacement items.
Items must be returned on delivery day (or fees may apply).
Available for an additional fee.
Subject to inventory availability.
Can be cancelled anytime before the next billing cycle.
You must return all items by the end of the billing period.
If you cancel mid-period:
No partial refunds
Items remain due for immediate return
We may suspend or terminate your subscription if:
Payments fail
Items are repeatedly damaged
You violate the terms
Fraud or misuse is suspected
CasaVivé is not liable for:
Personal injury caused by the misuse of décor items
Damage to your property caused by improper installation
Delays due to weather or access issues
Any incidental or consequential loss
CasaVivé may update these Terms & Conditions.
Customers will be notified of any significant changes.
